It is not a surprising bit of news that there is hunger in America and the world- but it IS surprising what some of the very most nutritional foods might be!

Some of it is simple and easy to grow, while some is just simply a delight, like chocolate and berries!

Kale, spinach... might not get past many kids today- but berries and REAL chocolate will!

'Eating to Live' vs. 'Living to Eat'. There's a lot more to all this food stuff than just pleasure seeking.

I just watched the documentary "Forks over Knives". Some powerful messages in there for those that might be interested (cancer regression, etc). Thanks for the good seed.

Dale, we are very much into learning about the healing herbs and processes, there is another great site about cancer regression- recovery, that we have used. It is Belfire Botanicals, and we have started to change our ways!! Can't say we are vegetarian or anything, but definitely not eating bacon for breakfast every day anymore either!! Now we drink herb teas, and put herbs and spices into everything!

Much more to learn, though, and little time...
