There is a lot at play here on the Fast and Furious issue that would reason why those documents were sealed, and the act implies secrecy by the Obama Administration, Holder.

Its Campaign season. Clearly would be detrimental to the Obama Campaign. So really nothing will go to trial or made public anytime soon, or ever.

Absolutly, should any investigation information be made public on the Fast and Furious issue, or any other real evidence revealed about Cartel operations and violence that has already spilled over the border a long time ago, it would clearly undermine the efforts of the Obama Administration to allow the border to go unsecured.

Even though there is an investigation by Congress into this issue, you must remember who is in charge of the DOJ, and what Administration he is a part of. It's no secret Holder, Obama, and Napolitano have taken it upon themselves to re-write immigration laws, and re-define border security to fit their own objectives.

If he didn't know about the Fast and Furious program, he should have known, which makes him wrong in either case. Cover-up or negligence, both reason for dismissal. Allowing or being complicit in this program has resulted in death, and his actions or lack of it need to be punished. At his level that equals being booted out of office for negligence.
